After careful evaluation, we have made the difficult decision to close our Outpatient Rehabilitation clinics in Tice Valley and Brentwood. The last day these clinics will be open is May 29, 2024.

Our Outpatient Rehabilitation clinics in Pleasant Hill and Concord are remaining open and as of May 30, 2024 we are expanding our hours, including on weekends, to accommodate more patients in these locations.

We apologize for any inconvenience these closures cause you. If you have rehabilitation needs after May 29, 2024, we hope that you will continue your care with us in our Pleasant Hill or Concord locations. However, we understand that these locations may not be convenient for you, so as a courtesy we are providing a list of alternate locations to receive rehabilitation. If you are currently being seen at our Tice Valley or Brentwood locations and want to remain in the area, your therapist can assist you in choosing an alternate location. Please note that you will need a referral from your primary care doctor and must check with your health insurance plan regarding coverage for these facilities.
