How to Schedule
For all imaging exams except PET scans, you or your doctor can schedule by calling our centralized scheduling phone (925) 952-2701 or by faxing the imaging order to (925) 941-4605.
If you’d like to schedule a PET scan, please call (925) 435-1105 or fax the order to (925) 677-5011.
