Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)

We are very excited to be working on implementing MAT into our Residency continuity clinic. However, due to COVID, the roll-out date has been postponed to likely early 2021.  In the meantime, All of our residents receive their training during their Vulnerable Population Health (VPH) rotation in their first 6 months of intern year. We have didactic sessions scheduled throughout the year to go through sample patient cases and maintain our skills up to date.  MAT has been integrated into our primary care clinic services and we partner with Behavioral Health Navigators to provide comprehensive care for opiate use disorder.
