- Tuition Reimbursement and Schedule Flexibility: Tuition reimbursement and schedule flexibility are available for nurses enrolled in academic courses
- Certification Stipend: This annual stipend is awarded for continued certification in a nursing specialty
- Life Safety Education: JMH nurses receive free life safety education (BLS, ACLS, NRP, etc.) that is required for their job performance

- Nursing Education Funds for Learning Opportunities: These funds are earmarked by donors to be used for nursing professional development opportunities and conference attendance
