Our Focus

Employees and Providers

We provide better care for our patients when we can bring our whole self to work. John Muir Health has resources for our employees from diverse backgrounds to connect, and actively participate in changes that would improve the care experience and health outcomes of our diverse patients and communities. Led by employees and providers, our employee resource groups enable us to listen to our employees, and work collaboratively to improve the experience of all our employees and patients.
