Appointments are often available within the hour. To be seen earlier than the soonest online appointment, please call. Walk in appointments may be available. Please note that if we have filled our appointment capacity for the day, you may be offered a next-day appointment based on your symptoms.

What to Bring With You

  • A current list of your medications, including over-the-counter medications
  • A current list of vitamins, supplements, and herbal products you are taking
  • A current list of your known allergies
  • Your insurance card and co-payment, if required
 

When to Use Urgent Care Services

The seriousness and nature of your illness or injury determines where you should seek care. We offer care for many urgent, non-emergency conditions.

If you are concerned that your condition may be an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Use URGENT CARE SERVICES if you have mild to moderate symptoms
  • Joint and muscle pain
  • Rash
  • Abdominal pain (mild to moderate)
  • Urination concerns
  • Headache (mild to moderate)
  • Minor cuts
  • Ear pain
  • Sore throat and sinus pain
  • Cough and fever
Go directly to an EMERGENCY ROOM if you have severe conditions 
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Unconsciousness
  • Severe bleeding
  • Poisoning or suspected poisoning
  • Chest pain or pressure
  • Moderate to severe burns
  • Convulsions or seizures
  • Serious head, neck, or back injury
  • Loss of limb or obvious broken bone
  • Severe abdominal pain (fever or vomiting)

Payment For Services

Insurance: We accept most health insurance plans. View our complete list of plans. Depending on your plan details, your insurer may not cover part or all of your treatment costs. Please contact your insurance carrier for questions about what’s covered and how much your co-pay amount will be, as our Urgent Care Centers collect the co-pay amount at the time of service.

Self-Pay: If you’re planning to pay for your visit yourself, the office staff will collect the full amount due at the time of your appointment. We offer several convenient ways to pay for your visit, including:
